Brewed for community and independence
I love coffee and I love people. Noticing that parts of Topeka lacked quality coffee options, I built ROLLING ROAST to bring handcrafted drinks directly to where folks live and work. As a business owner, this truck represents my path to financial independence—replacing my disability check with a livelihood built with my own hands. Every regular greeting at the window reminds me why this journey matters.
Coffee where Topeka needs it most
Our mobile setup keeps overhead low so we can offer premium beans, handcrafted beverages, and fair prices right on your street.
